How to Set up your Facebook User Name for your Business Page

I've seen many people's business pages that don't have a user name set up for them. The url for their Facebook page will be a long thing with numbers and symbols and maybe part of their name.

But, you can set up a user name for your business page and the url will be easier to remember, it'll look good on documents and it'll help people find you.

It's a easy thing to overlook and you kind of have to hunt to find out how to do it.  But, this post will make it easy.

When you are logged in, go to this link: www.facebook.com/username

When there, choose your Business page from the drop down (you might have more than one) and type in the name you want. All in one word. You can only change it once, so make sure it's what you want and make sure it's spelled right.

Then hit enter. And then your page url will be www.facebook.com/yourbusiness. Viola!  Another small improvement that means a lot.
